Terms of Service

Loyo Bondar ("the App") is provided by the Company to its own employees as an internal tool for submitting, reviewing, approving, and paying expense requests. It is not a public service and is not available outside the Company.

Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created, and access is granted, changed, or revoked, by the Company's administrators. You may not share your account or sign-in credentials with anyone else.

Use the App only for genuine, Company-related expense activity. Do not:

• submit false, duplicated, or misleading expense requests or supporting documents;
• attempt to access data, accounts, or requests you are not authorized to see; or
• use the App in any way that disrupts its operation or interferes with other users.

Keep the information you provide — including your payout details — accurate and up to date, and report any suspected unauthorized use of your account to an administrator promptly.

The App is provided "as is", on a best-efforts basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection you have as an employee under your employment agreement or applicable law.

Access may be suspended or terminated by the Company at any time, including on termination of employment. We may update these terms as the App changes; continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the Company's own policies and the laws applicable to its operations. Internal Company policy takes precedence over this document in case of conflict.
